Management Excellence – Skill Building Program “Be Unstoppable: The Power of Confidence”
IREM Inland Empire’s fourth annual Skill Builder event and IREM Showcase drew a capacity crowd at the Riverside Convention Center on August 20, 2024. The annual event is a precursor to the yearend Management Excellence (ME) Awards Gala, where IE management professionals are acknowledged.
The Skill Builder’s purpose is to provide industry managers with valuable takeaways enhancing their value to companies, clients and advancing individual careers. Twenty- five IE Industry Partners hosted the pre-event IREM Showcase with tabletop exhibits, games and prizes.
Shannon Alter, CPM, Leaders Exceed delivered a powerful program on the career building value of confidence including recognizing the triggers that undermine confidence, understanding the body language to convey the proper image and the actual steps to implement to increase confidence in varying situations. All attendees received Shannon’s book “Be Influential”.
